SAVE THE DATE
Inform family and friends of your wedding ahead of time so they can post it on their calendars.
You can include:

• Date, times, and location of your wedding
• Accommodations and transportation telephone numbers
  Local attractions and map of the area if your guests are visiting from out of town
• Engagement picture of bride and groom
• Other information you may want to provide about the area or wedding

NEWSLETTER ABOUT BRIDE AND GROOM
The newsletter is a 2-sided layout, which can include, but not limited to:

• Story of Us - How you and your spouse met
• The Bridal Party - Introduction of your bridal party
• Meet the Parents/Grandparents - This is a chance for you to thank your parents and grandparents, or for your parents to say something special (advice, well wishes, etc.)
• More About the Couple - This can include where you and your spouse will live, what your occupations are and anything else you would like to share with your family and friends.
• Schedule of Events - You can include a schedule of the days events, or if your wedding festivities span over a few days you can include the dates and times of the weekend events.
• Wedding Quote - Include a special quote you would like to add to the newsletter.

The program will be passed out to your guests as they enter your wedding ceremony. The program will include but is not limited to:

RECEPTION TABLE CARDS AND TABLE NUMBERS
Create individual place cards for each of your guests so they know where they will be sitting when your dinner reception begins. We can also create reception table numbers that have the same design and color scheme as your place cards.

DINNER MENU
Nice added touch to the dinner table! Include a one-sided 5x7 card with the menu that will be served. This can also be customized to match your table number and guest place cards.

BRIDAY SHOWERS ~ BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES ~ REHEARSAL DINNER
We can also customize rehearsal dinner invitations, bridal shower invitations as well as bachelor and bachelorette party invitations. We will work with the host to pick from a wide variety of paper that best fits the occasion.
