One Bella Design is an Envelopments dealer offering paper stock and invitation suites in over 100 vibrant colors and 65 fun and elegant patterns. From simple and elegant to lavish and custom, our price per invitation can range from $5.00 to $18.00. For your convenience, One Bella Design offers the option of assembling your invitations for you, or you can take part in the craft and assemble them yourself. If your a Do-It-Yourselfer and you're only interested in purchasing paper products from the Envelopments line, we can do that too.
DEPOSIT
After our initial consultation, an itemized quote mailed/emailed to you for review. To begin your project, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by personal check or credit card. Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% fee. The remainder of the balance is due before the final product is shipped or delivered. The custom design fee ranges from $65-$150 depending upon the complexity of the design.
DESIGN, WORDING & PROOFS
Once we have received your deposit, we are ready to begin the design process. Please send all wording for your invitations via email. One Bella Design will be happy to assist you with proper etiquette and wording for your invitation. A design will be drafted for your review and revision. Proofs will be emailed as pdf files for your review. Please look over your proof carefully, checking every piece of your invitation ensemble - all names, dates, addresses, etc. One Bella Design is not responsible for any errors left unchanged. Once you give us the "ok to print" the design files will be sent over to the printer. Once the files are at the the printer, any changes will incur a charge to fix the problem. The charge will depend upon the issue and the complexity to resolve it.
TYPES OF PRINTING
We offer a choice of printing techniques, thermography (raised printing) and offset (flat) and digital to accommodate a variety of price ranges. Learn more about the printing options.
TURNAROUND TIME
Once we receive your custom paper order, we can begin the printing and assembly process. Depending on the complexity of your design, both the printing and assembly process generally takes between 4 to 5 weeks. We also understand that there may be times that you need your invitations sooner and we can work with you to get them in a timely fashion.
DIY ASSEMBLY
Some brides and their bridal parties are crafty so you have the option of assembling your own invitations.
FULL SERVICE OPTION
One Bella Design is available for order fulfillment services at a rate of $65/hour.
Fulfillment includes:
- envelope stuffing, labeling
- purchasing and stamping RSVP envelopes
- Delivering Invitations to Post Office for Hand Cancelling
PICK UP/SHIPPING
Your Invites are Now Ready!! If you will not be picking them up in person, shipping arrangements can be made and all shipping cost will be included with the remaining balance due.
