One Bella Design provides guest addressing for your invitations. We will use the same fonts that were chosen for your invitation and use accordingly on your outer envelopes. The printing of the envelopes is done in-house using a laser printer.
What We Need From You
- Send your final guest list in Excel format
- Make sure to write out state names in full
- For all street numbers Ten and under, write out number (ie. Ten Main Street, One Riverview Place)
- Make sure to add punctuation after Mr. and Mrs. or Ms.
- Do not abbreviate street info - Lane, Street, Road, Parkway, etc... (you get the idea)
- For young children address them as Little Miss or Master.
What We Will Do With the List
Once you send us the list, we will format the guest names and send back to you for a final review as to how they will be printed on the envelopes.
Cost for Guest Addressing: $1.25 per envelope.
Mailing Your Invitations
It is important that you bring one complete invitation ensemble to your local post office before buying your stamps. Present the entire invitation including outer envelope to the postal worker and they will provide you with your options for proper mailing. You will need a stamp for the outer envelope and one for the RSVP envelope or RSVP postcard.
Once the invitations are stamped, bring them back to your local post office and BE SURE to have them HAND CANCELLED. You have made an investment with your invitations and you do not want them to get sent through a machine, so this step is very important. One Bella Design is not responsible for damage caused by the Postal Service in any way.
